Often when a learner struggles with reading and spelling, the teacher aide is the one who is provides a large amount of support. Providing the appropriate strategies and shared language to support the learner can create a more productive and successful environment. At the is workshop, the participants will be provided with an understanding of the dyslexic learner and how best to support them.

Session Two:

Providing literacy support for the learner who is struggling, can be confusing and overwhelming if there is not a clear, consistent and structured approach to literacy. At this workshop, some simple and effective strategies can be learned and implemented to assist all learners when approaching reading and writing tasks.
