Holiday Workshop 5 - Maths Games

These holidays Glenda is running sessions during which students will play board and card games that will get them doing maths in a supportive and fun environment. 

Math games will include practice with place value (to hundreds), number concepts and comparison, as well practice with addition and subtraction.  

All the games are designed to be motivating, fun and to help the player experience frequent success as well as make new friends.  

GLENDA PILATOWICZ is a Speld Literacy Coach and Specialist Teacher. Over the last 30 years, Glenda has taught in mainstream, Indigenous and Special Schools. She is passionate about teaching students who, for any number of reasons, are find literacy and maths learning more challenging than the most of their peers.
